Yes, my art is available to license and I love seeing my art out there in the world! Licenses are non-exclusive. The license will also specify the time period, territory and product category covered by the license.

Please note: when you license my art/design, you are licensing only the use of that art/design for your products in accordance with the terms of the licensing agreement. I retain all copyright and ownership to the art/design, and to any derivative or modified art/designs; and I can license the art/design to other licensees and sell it in my shops. You do not need to credit me as the designer, but it’s always appreciated!

In short, that depends. It depends on the complexity and popularity of the piece you wish to license, on the scope of the license, and on other factors. Also, I can usually offer “bulk” discounts if you would like to license 5 pieces or more at one time. I understand that every project is different, so just contact me to discuss your particular needs and I will do what I can to accommodate you.

I charge a flat fee which is payable once we have signed the licensing agreement. This fee is NON-refundable once I send the artwork file to you. In some cases, I will also accept royalties based on sales, usually with a non-refundable advance.

All of my current works are already offered for sale in my various shops, have been shared on social media, or have been used by small businesses to make products for sale. Therefore, I usually can’t offer you exclusivity on work already in my portfolio.

But, if you would like an exclusive design, I can create one specifically for you! In this situation, I charge an hourly rate. Once complete, you would own the copyright to the design and I would not be able to use it for any other purpose.

You cannot modify an artwork/design except with my prior written approval. However, I can almost always accommodate color revisions and even some design revisions to suit your needs, and usually charge an hourly rate to complete the changes for you. Just contact me to discuss what you want.

I create my artwork by hand with acrylic paint, paper, and found materials. My surface designs are created digitally in GIMP based upon those handmade artworks. I can send you a JPG or PNG file. Files will be in RGB color mode, 300 dpi. I can sometimes offer other options, but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
